A family story in the heart of Premantura
Villa Adriana opened in 2001 as a small family business with four apartments. Today, in addition to apartments, we offer rooms and rooms with a kitchenette.
Our wish is to create an oasis where guests can step away from everyday stress and fully enjoy their holiday.
We are always available for questions, recommendations and assistance during your stay.

Where is Villa Adriana located?
An ideal holiday in Premantura, near Pula, just 10 km from the city centre.
We are located at the southern tip of Istria, in the peaceful village of Premantura, only a few steps from the entrance to the protected Kamenjak landscape, known for unspoiled natural beaches, coves and spectacular viewpoints. Active guests can enjoy cycling, paddling, sailing, surfing and walking. Lower Kamenjak has approximately 10 km of indented coastline.
